phase hair + care is located just one block south of Whyte Avenue on 106 street in a beautiful ‘business house’ with likeminded businesses throughout. Please be respectful of the other patrons and businesses when you arrive for you appointment as treatments may be in session. We have free parking on the north side of the building, you can’t miss it!

cancellation policy

Please provide a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation or rebooking. I recognize not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notices. As a courtesy, please remember to call as soon as you know that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, and I will be happy to rebook it for you.

Please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% for 2 X repeated last-minute cancellations and ALL no-show appointments. You will be billed on the next appointment booked with me.
