Hello! I’m Melissa, owner and operator of Phase Hair + Care. I have been working in the industry since 2007 and have always dreamt of owning my own salon space. I’m elated to welcome you to Phase.

I am passionate about making my clients feel the utmost best, while customizing each appointment with love and undivided attention.

This career has lead me to international education, detailed product knowledge, creative projects and collaborations; my community and the world around me is where I find my inspiration.

Hi my name is Bodhi! I’m an 10 year old rescue all the way from Southern California. I may bark when you come to the door, but I’m harmless and have nothing but love to give! Consider me the receptionist - I like to let my mom know you’re here.

Everyone says I’m “chill” and honestly, I prefer to do my own thing. If you would rather not have me greet you, please let my mom know and she will tuck me into my nap nook before you arrive.
